In a single afternoon, the team at Ladies & Gentlemen hand-built dozens of small sculptures and food-safe brass skewers for an assortment of amuse-bouche. These “edible playscapes” were showcased in the SONOS flagship store in Manhattan as part of Sight Unseen’s informal kickoff of NYC x Design 2017.
